The Medical Education pathway is aimed at supplementing the teaching experience our residents get on the wards and in the MICU in order to make them exemplary medical educators.
The pathway is led by a chief resident and our Senior Associate Program Director, Dr. Chadaga. Involved residents learn how to set expectations, give feedback, and integrate social media into education efforts. In order to graduate with the distinction of participating in this pathway, residents need to create and give a supervised presentation geared towards medical students. |
